leadership coaching

Learning.

The world of leadership is ever evolving. Given change, complexities and the shifting needs of the working world, leadership requires evolving mindsets, skills and approaches. No longer is it acceptable for leaders to minimize the importance of relationship skills and emotional intelligence. A focus on results and task is not enough. Employees, organizations and customers expect more. It is about weaving together head and heart.

At Latitude44, our coaching provides the right balance between support and challenge. Coaching is about enabling positive change in others that creates results. Business results, leader interactions and team interactions are all metrics of the success of coaching.
Working with a Latitude44 coach provides leaders with:

  • Someone who will listen without judgment, offer different perspectives, brainstorm opportunities, share suggestions and challenge any assumptions that they may be making
  • A framework for identifying options and developing action plans
