Jan brings a focus on organizational culture, change management, leadership development, performance coaching and team development to Latitude44.

Prior to starting private practice in 2006, Jan worked within the financial services industry in a variety of roles including retail branch management and consulting to Director Training and Education and Vice-President Human Resources and Organizational Effectiveness.

A life-long learner, Jan completed her MBA in 1993 and continues to attend various seminars and conferences to stay current within her field. More recently, Jan graduated from the Adler School of Professional Coaching, and she received the designation of Associate Certified Coach (ACC) from the International Coach Federation.

Whether working on a one-on-one basis or within a corporate and team context, Jan’s solutions consider the professional and personal aspects of individuals and the strategic and cross-functional needs of the organizations involved. Her clients enjoy her common sense approach, solid experience, humour and her deep investment in the success of others.

Lindy Welsby

Lindy is known for her positive energy and strong business and consulting skills that she brings to her work with individual leaders, teams and organizations. She is effective in providing safe, creative and open, yet challenging environments for individual and organizational change.

With over 20 years’ experience at one of Canada’s leading financial institutions, Lindy’s diverse background includes progressively senior roles both regionally and in corporate head office work in human resources, leadership training, employment law, retail banking sector and task force management both in Canada and internationally. Her background as a senior leader has given her the ability to relate to and understand the complex challenges facing leaders today, as individual contributors and the organization as a whole.

Lindy is a Certified Professional Coach (2003) from the Adler School of Professional Coaching and has achieved the PCC (Professional Certified Coach) accreditation from the International Coach Federation. Lindy also holds a BA degree in Economics from the University of Alberta. Lindy is a physician leader Coach with the Canadian Medical Association’s “Coaching Connections” as well as serves as a backup faculty and facilitator in the CMA’s Physician Management Institute.

In addition to her professional work, Lindy is an active volunteer and community supporter. Most recently, she was Vice Chair for Jump Canada and Chair of Athlete Development for six years, and currently sits on several committees. Balancing work with life, Lindy is happily married, is a competitive triathlete and traveler.
